DINITROL DOUBLE-LAYER CORROSION PROTECTION
Our products seal off every nook and cranny, even in the smallest of spaces. In order to optimally protect all the relevant components, cavity sealing is followed by a second step, in which all seams and folds are effectively penetrated to protect even the smallest gaps against corrosion. Now there is no chance for water to pool. Our products have outstanding surface tension to protect edges and overlaps.
Rust usually spreads from the edges, eventually consuming the whole surface. Our double-layered corrosion protection reliably stops rust in its tracks. After the cavities have been sealed – with a contact time of approx. one hour – the entire underbody of the vehicle is coated with a thick layer of underbody. Rust usually spreads from the edges, eventually consuming entire surfaces. If the edge is not adequately protected, even a protective layer on the surface won’t help, as the rust spreads underneath it.
