Technically engineered for maximum efficiency:

The Compact Push Dispenser processes moisture-curing adhesives with a mixing ratio of 10:1. Its compact design is based on a 580 ml foil pouch with a 60 mm diameter, complemented by a 19 mm B-component. The system allows for accelerated curing while remaining reliable without additives. Foil pouches ensure longer shelf life, less waste, and cost-efficient application.

With the 2-component system DINITROL 516 A/B, bonding and sealing can be efficiently combined in a single operation. The long open time of approximately 35 minutes allows for flexible processing, while rapid curing ensures the vehicle is ready to drive after just 6 hours.

Thanks to its moisture-independent curing and high strength development, the system is ideal for large-area bonding with complex geometries. Its low-emission formulation is free from solvents and isocyanates, preventing CO₂ bubble formation and ensuring flawless results. OEM approvals confirm its suitability for professional use in both manufacturing and repair – delivering noticeable cycle time reduction and high process reliability.
