Professional cavity preservation is therefore essential to ensure the longevity and reliability of these machines.
The proven DINITROL two-layer process provides long-lasting corrosion protection for cavities and underbodies. In the first step, DINITROL ML penetrates deeply into cavities, reaching even hard-to-access areas. This is followed by sealing with DINITROL High Performance Wax—a water-repellent protective wax with self-healing properties, available in transparent, brown, or black. The protective film is temperature-resistant up to 180°C, making it ideal for use in engine compartments and cavities.
This combination effectively protects agricultural commercial vehicles from rust, moisture, and aggressive chemicals—even during long idle periods.

With DINITROL 958, we offer an advanced solution for the protection of new agricultural vehicles and machinery in a single-layer process. This environmentally friendly, water-based stone chip protection with acrylic components can be applied directly to new surfaces and forms a quickly drying, elastic film. It provides reliable protection against mechanical stress, dirt, moisture, and fertilizers—ideal for tractors, trailers, and other agricultural vehicles. Thanks to its solvent-free formulation, DINITROL 958 is safe to use and, being paintable, allows seamless adaptation to vehicle paintwork. Transport & Storage Protection
Proper transport and storage protection is crucial to preserve vehicles and machinery from rust, corrosion, and damage due to environmental influences. Without reliable protection, metal components can quickly corrode, leading to damage and increased maintenance effort.
DINITROL 81 is a powerful corrosion protection agent that forms a hard, tack-free wax film. The transparent protective layer allows easy visual inspection of metal surfaces and trouble-free reading of labels or markings. Ideal for corrosion protection of steel and other metals during transport, DINITROL 81 provides long-lasting protection without a greasy film.
DINITROL L-142 offers optimal protection for painted metal surfaces during transport and reliably protects against UV radiation, aggressive chemicals, and atmospheric pollutants. The protective film remains intact for up to a year even under extreme conditions and can be easily removed with an organic degreaser. DINITROL L 142 is gentle on materials and does not attack common vehicle materials such as rubber, plastic, or aluminium. It dries quickly in minutes and withstands light rain and water splashes.
DINITROL Penetrant LT is a high-quality resin- and wax-based corrosion protection agent specifically developed to protect metal parts during storage and transport. The beige-transparent protective layer penetrates deep into gaps and surfaces, remains flexible, and forms an abrasion-resistant barrier against moisture and corrosion. Especially during long storage periods or extreme weather conditions, DINITROL Penetrant LT provides reliable protection, prevents rust formation, and helps maintain the value of sensitive components.
DINITROL 970 is ideal for storing attachments, long-distance transport, or seasonal storage. The product provides an effective solution to protect attachments, spare parts, screw connections, and smooth steel surfaces from rust and environmental influences over the long term. Due to its water-based formulation, DINITROL 970 is particularly environmentally friendly – it reliably protects during production, interim storage, and transport, even when the parts are exposed to rinse water or emulsions.

Seam Sealing Before Powder Coating
Seam sealing before powder coating is an important step in effectively protecting cabins of agricultural vehicles from corrosion and environmental influences. Especially in the agricultural and construction machinery industries, where machines are exposed to extreme conditions, precise seam sealing ensures that moisture and dirt cannot penetrate joints, allowing the coating to provide long-term protection.
DINITROL PVC PA 283 02 was specifically developed for use as a seam sealant and impresses with its easy handling. The material can be easily applied, shaped, and removed. It retains its shape even in vertical or larger joints, providing a stable seal. A major advantage is that DINITROL PVC PA 283 02 does not need to be pre-gelled before powder coating. After levelling work, the component can be placed directly in the powder coating oven, saving time, energy, and costs.

DINITROL 771 A IQ LOT / 515 B is specifically designed for the requirements of direct glazing. The solvent- and isocyanate-free MS polymer adhesive offers a long processing time and is suitable for both mechanical and manual application. Thanks to its excellent adhesion properties, DINITROL 771 A IQ LOT / 515 B ensures a permanent connection between glass and vehicle structure, providing high stability. At the same time, the quick drive-away time during repairs allows for efficient reactivation of the vehicle.
DINITROL 772 is a high-quality, MS-based windshield adhesive specifically developed for direct glazing without primer. The product is characterized by a very high initial strength and excellent adhesion to painted substrates – without additional pretreatment. Thanks to its very good UV and weather resistance, the adhesive bond remains permanently stable – even under challenging conditions. Additionally, DINITROL 772 meets the crash test requirements according to FMVSS 212 (TÜV Süd) just one hour after installation, providing a high level of safety in the vehicle interior.
DINITROL 516 A/B is a powerful two-component adhesive system that ensures a secure, core-hardened, and load-bearing connection without the formation of CO₂ bubbles. The reliable mixing and stable bead enable quick, clean assembly as well as precise bonding and sealing in one step. Thanks to the low-particle formulation and optimal processing time, it offers the highest process reliability and can be excellently smoothed.
DINITROL 9100 is a high-modulus one-component polyurethane windshield adhesive that ensures strong adhesion while simultaneously increasing the torsional stiffness of the body by up to 50%. Thanks to the fast curing, the vehicle is ready to be driven after just 30 minutes, allowing for quick further processing.
